The change has started....
All it takes is a little time immersed in the forest to rediscover a sense of peace in an increasingly chaotic world. Among the whisper of leaves, the scent of the earth, and the gentle rhythm of nature, the mind begins to quieten, worries fade into the background, and clarity slowly returns. Sometimes the greatest remedy isn't to escape life, but simply to reconnect with the natural world.

Every photograph I make reflects a part of who I am. Through the practice of slow photography, I take the time to connect with the place before I press the shutter. Today, 19 August, World Photography Day, is a particularly meaningful day for me. I’ve chosen to share this photograph of Venice, our mother city, my muse, and a constant presence in my life for many decades.
My love for Venice has been a constant presence throughout my life. I return again and again and, somehow, this extraordinary city never fails to surprise and inspire me. Each time, I discover a different light, an atmosphere, or a fleeting moment to tell through photography.
August 19 also marks an important moment in the history of photography: in 1839, the French government made Louis Daguerre’s daguerreotype process publicly available and free to the world, offering one of the first practical methods of creating permanent images with a camera.
Today, I celebrate photography, its history, and the privilege of being able to tell stories through images of the places I love. 📷❤️

La Festa dell’Assunta a Foza è stata davvero una festa bellissima ed emozionante, ricca di tradizione e partecipazione.
Siamo stati felici e onorati di poter essere presenti con la nostra mostra fotografica nella piazza davanti al Comune. È stato inoltre un vero piacere avere l’opportunità di fotografare uno dei momenti più suggestivi della giornata: l’uscita del popolo dalla chiesa, accompagnato da questi magnifici cavalli con i membri delle Forze dell’Ordine. Un momento di grande bellezza e solennità, che porteremo con noi attraverso le immagini.
Complimenti a tutta l’Amministrazione e a tutti coloro che hanno contribuito a rendere questa festa così speciale ed emozionante! 📷❤️

La Festa dell’Assunta a Foza, sull’Altopiano dei Sette Comuni, è una celebrazione particolarmente sentita e significativa, che si rinnova ogni cinque anni. Il 15 agosto 2026 Foza torna a vivere questa importante tradizione, rievocando la grazia del 1836, anno in cui, secondo la tradizione, la Madonna protesse il paese dalla terribile epidemia di colera.
Siamo particolarmente felici e onorati di poter essere parte di questa importante festa attraverso la nostra mostra fotografica allestita nella piazza, proprio davanti al Comune di Foza.
Vi aspettiamo quindi a Foza, il 15 agosto, per vivere insieme questa giornata di festa, tradizione e condivisione.
