The iconic boat session at Lake Como & now I get why it’s so popular ✨ Everything from the water (or the sky) looks SO stunning. The scenery, the light, the atmosphere.. and a lot of fun too! I absolutely love being on the water (but being in the water is another story hahah).

I love the getting ready moments! Whether they’re quiet and intimate or full of energy with a big bridal party, I’m up for anything.

Also tried out my new analog camera (Yashica T5) 🎞️ Not fully convinced yet because of some focus issues, so the search for the perfect point-and-shoot continues! Tips?

Gorgeous Ilse in this bridal editorial 🤍 We created two completely different looks and I initially wanted to share them all in one post, but the other look truly deserves a moment on its own! So consider this a little preview hehe, more parts coming ✨

It’s amazing how much of a difference another outfit, a subtle shift in makeup and a new hairstyle can make. But also light! Add a little flash and you get a more fashion-forward, glamorous vibe, while natural light creates something soft and timeless. I absolutely adore both!

I came across some photos of my dear bride and just had to share 🤍 She’s just as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. Just as her husband (let’s not forget the grooms haha).

We stayed in touch after the wedding and they welcomed me into their beautiful home for a lunch with delicious Brazilian treats. Talking about everything, hearing both perspectives and reliving it a bit together is something different.

Almost three years later and now they’re a family of three 🥹You might not always tell, but we as vendors love seeing your next chapters unfold. You’re a big part of our journey too and cheering you on from afar 🤍

A special one, because my dear colleague friend .photography & got married. Twice actually! 🤍

Bibi & Stan eloped in Iceland months earlier and it was nothing short of iconic! But they also wanted to celebrate their love with friends & family. So they did!

And they kept a little secret along the way (last slide)… so I was more than happy to capture everything. It’s the biggest compliment when a fellow photographer asks you to be her photographer. You know everything will look great too!

Sharing a few beautiful glimpses from this day, but there’s so much more. Part 2 is definitely happening!

The beautiful Château de Tourreau will always be a favorite!

I’ve loved everything about this venue since I did my very first styled shoot here six years ago. Being back — this time hosting a workshop about attracting your dream clients and booking destination weddings — felt full circle. And that workshop was very much about styled shoots too, so it ended with a full day shoot from shoot.

I could probably write an essay about styled shoots because I truly adore them and love the creative freedom they give. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with them. But there is a fine line when they’re shared in a way that feels like a real wedding day when it’s not.

I believe a little more transparency goes a long way in protecting the integrity of our industry, for our couples and for our fellow vendors too. 🤍

A touch of lace, candlelight, red roses and a long horizontal cake. Something tells me we’ll be seeing a lot more of those this season! With Valentine just around the corner, this felt like the perfect moment to post! ♥️🌹

The beautiful wedding of B + K 🤍 Can’t believe I never shared more from this day. Absolutely loved this wedding in Altea, Spain. Bente wearing a stunning Berta mermaid dress. Could share so much more, but this already took ages haha. So leaving it for now!
