Many of you told me you’ve been missing my more controversial posts about yoga.
So let’s bring them back.
✨ Does your yoga make you freer?
Let’s look at the difference between yoga and a cult.
🧘🏾‍♀️Yoga, at its core, is meant to sharpen awareness and autonomy.
Not replace them.
A healthy practice gives you tools, not dependency.
It supports your growth, not your submission.
The moment a practice or a teacher makes you feel smaller, afraid to question, or unable to trust your own judgment, something has shifted.
➡️ Freedom or dependency.
That’s the line for me.
Read slowly.
Reflect honestly.
Share your lived experience in the comments.

I don’t believe in New Year resolutions anymore.
Not because change is impossible, quite the opposite, and I think I’m the proof of that.
But because postponing has become normal.
We promise things to a future version of ourselves so we don’t have to feel the discomfort of starting now.
There is no next year.
There is no perfect moment.
There is only this one.
I’m writing this as a reminder for myself too.
Because I know how good I am at negotiating with my own excuses.
If this hits, tell me.
And by the way, Happy New Year!
