CHE SPLENDIDA NOTIZIA! 🤩
Ieri mattina, mentre lavoravo al computer, mi sono ricordato che dovevano uscire le premiazioni della Collezione 94 di Fearless Photographers, uno dei contest più difficili al mondo, per cui ho avuto l’onore di fare da giudice.
Avevo votato a dicembre, in un periodo intenso, mentre con tutto il lavoro da fare prima di Natale.
Guardare e valutare migliaia di fotografie straordinarie, realizzate da fotografi incredibilmente talentuosi da tutto il mondo, avendo la responsabilità di poterne scegliere soltanto alcune a cui, insieme ai voti degli altri giudici, sarebbero stati assegnati i premi, è stata un’esperienza impegnativa e faticosa, ma soprattutto stimolante ed entusiasmante al punto che la rifarei sicuramente.

Così mi sono collegato al sito e, sorseggiando il mio caffè, ho iniziato a guardare le foto premiate, con curiosità ed emozione anche per dare un volto ai loro autori.
E poi, mentre scorrevo la pagina, mi è arrivata una notifica da Fearless Photographers.

Anche una mia fotografia aveva vinto un Fearless Award nella successiva Collection 95, l’ultima dell’anno. Evviva!
Un modo splendido di iniziare la giornata, non credete?

WHAT A WONDERFUL NEWS! 🤩

Yesterday morning, while working at my computer, I remembered that the results of Fearless Photographers were about to be announced, one of the most difficult contests in the world, for whose collection 94 I had the honor of being a judge.
I voted in December, during a busy period, with all the work to complete before Christmas.
Looking at and evaluating thousands of extraordinary photos, created by incredibly talented photographers from all over the world, and having the responsibility of selecting only a few hundreds of images that, together with the votes of the other judges, would be awarded, was a demanding and exhausting experience, but above all, a stimulating and exciting one, to the point that I would like to do it again.

So I visited the website and, tasting my coffee, I began looking at the awards with curiosity and excitement, also to put a face to their authors.
And then, while scrolling through the page, a notification from Fearless Photographers popped up.

One of my own photographs had also won a Fearless Award in the following Collection 95, the last one of the year. Yay!
A wonderful way to start the day, don’t you think?

🥂 15 anni fa nasceva Aria di Foto 📷

Assolutamente non da un business plan perfetto, ma sicuramente da un amore enorme per la fotografia e per le storie autentiche.

In mezzo ci sono stati matrimoni, viaggi, risate, lacrime, notti infinite davanti al computer, premi che non ci aspettavamo e altri che ci siamo sudati, scelte difficili e tantissima gratitudine.

Festeggiamo così: con una Carsolina (dolce tipico della nostra zona), una candelina e una macchina fotografica.
E con la stessa voglia di raccontare che avevamo il primo giorno.

Perché alla fine è sempre stato tutto qui: raccontare storie in modo unico, con cura e con tutto il nostro cuore.

Grazie a chi ci ha scelti, supportati, consigliati e anche messi alla prova.
Noi siamo ancora qui e abbiamo ancora tante storie da raccontare 🤍

Absolutely not from a perfect business plan, but definitely from a huge love for photography and for authentic stories.

Along the way there have been weddings, travels, laughter, tears, endless nights in front of the computer, awards we didn’t expect and others we worked hard for, difficult choices and an enormous amount of gratitude.

We celebrate like this: with a Carsolina (a traditional local dessert), a candle and a camera.
And with the same desire to tell stories that we had on the very first day.

Because in the end, it has always been all about this: telling stories in a unique way, with care and with all of our hearts.

Thank you to everyone who chose us, supported us, recommend us and also challenged us.
We are still here, and we still have many other stories to tell 🤍

Una giornata piena di emozioni con le persone più importanti per noi, alcune delle quali oggi non ci sono più, e vero affetto.
Una giornata che portiamo nel cuore, ma che non possiamo rivivere appieno attraverso le fotografie.

All’epoca ci siamo affidati a qualcuno che non è riuscito a restituirci, nelle immagini, quello che abbiamo vissuto.
Perché non conta solo aver fotografato matrimoni, ma come si sceglie di farlo: e ci sarebbe piaciuto che fosse stato fatto con attenzione, con empatia, con la voglia di esserci davvero.

All’inizio è stato difficile da accettare.
Ma quella delusione, in poco tempo, ci ha indicato la strada.

Abbiamo capito, in modo molto diretto, quanto sia fragile il ricordo e quanto sia prezioso affidarlo a qualcuno che sappia custodirlo al meglio: così è nata Aria di Foto.
Con il desiderio di esserci davvero, con cura, rispetto e presenza.
Perché un matrimonio è unico e perché i ricordi meritano la giusta attenzione e dei professionisti che sappiano davvero prendersene cura.

Sì, ci manca ancora quel racconto che non abbiamo. E forse è proprio per questo che oggi ci impegniamo così tanto per quello degli altri 💙

It was a day full of emotions, surrounded by the people who mattered most to us, some of whom are no longer with us, and filled with real affection.
A day we carry in our hearts, but one we can’t fully relive through photos.

At the time, we entrusted the job to someone who wasn’t able to reflect, through images, what we truly experienced.
Because it’s not just about having photographed weddings, it’s about how you choose to do it. And we would have loved it to be done with care, with empathy, and with the genuine desire to be truly present.

At first, it was hard to accept.
But that disappointment quickly showed us the way forward.

We learned, in a very direct way, just how fragile memories can be, and how precious it is to entrust them to someone who knows how to protect them.
That’s how Aria di Foto was born.
With the desire to truly be there, with care, respect, and presence.
Because a wedding is one of a kind and memories deserve the right attention and professionals who truly know how to take care of them.

Yes, we still miss the story we don’t have.
And maybe that’s exactly why we care so deeply about telling everyone else’s 💙

Negli ultimi anni tante coppie hanno scelto cerimonie simboliche o civili all’aperto: tra ulivi secolari, vigneti, giardini fioriti, oppure con il mare sullo sfondo.

Oltre a una maggiore libertà organizzativa, questo tipo di cerimonia permette di personalizzare profondamente ogni momento, rendendo il rito ancora più sentito e autentico.

🌿 Gli allestimenti si fondono con il paesaggio, creando scenografie romantiche, intime, talvolta spettacolari.
