Mediterraneo, on stage

Mediterraneo is like a modern Odyssey. A story of departure, curiosity, fear of the unknown, and the pull of one’s roots.

A choral voyage shaped by many realities, where different disciplines meet and move like currents crossing the same sea.

It feels like a ship at sea, carrying us through unknown waters until, in the end, we all reach the shore together.

It was mythical, and truly magical.

Backstage, getting ready

i followed the performers in the fitting rooms and I saw Mediterraneo become something intimate and human: brushes, laughter, last-minute fixes and the ease of women looking after one another.

The tension of the last rehearsal

I traveled to Trieste to see my friends on stage for Mediterraneo, the show by Pole Dance Trieste that already carried the feeling of a journey before it even began.

I brought my camera, just in case, and ended up quietly capturing the intensity of the last rehearsal, where tension and focus made every moment feel alive.

Hygge in Copenhagen was not something staged;
it was simply part of the city’s rhythm.

People gathering by the water, cycling through the streets, and turning ordinary spaces into places to slow down and stay awhile.
