After some silence, I’m back with an old photo that still feels like winter to me.
Work kept me busy, but nature always feels like home.
Dopo un po’ di silenzio, torno con un vecchio scatto che per me profuma d’inverno.

I was hidden in the thick vegetation, waiting for a roe deer to appear.
Then the forest shifted.
Two foxes emerged in complete silence, moving slowly, as if reading tracks I couldn’t see.
In that moment, the whole reason I was there stopped mattering.
Nature had chosen a different story for me.

Dopo qualche giorno di pausa torno a condividere un nuovo contenuto. Non si tratta di uno scatto recente, ma ho voluto dargli nuova vita sperimentando un editing diverso in Luminar, aggiungendo dei livelli per creare un leggero effetto bokeh sullo sfondo.
L’obiettivo era donare alla scena un’atmosfera più morbida e sognante, senza perdere la naturalezza del soggetto.
Curioso di sapere cosa ne pensate.

After a few days away from posting, I'm finally sharing something new again. This is not a recent shot, but I wanted to give it a new look by experimenting with a different editing approach in Luminar, adding layers to create a soft bokeh effect in the background.
My goal was to enhance the atmosphere while keeping the bird’s natural feel intact.

Ricordi di qualche settimana fa..
I primi istanti del bramito.
La luce era quasi assente, il bosco ancora immerso nel silenzio. Solo un giovane cervo tra le ginestre, quasi in attesa che le voci dei re riempiano la valle.
Momenti come questo ricordano quanto la natura sappia essere potente anche nel suo respiro più lieve.

Memories of few weeks ago...
The first moments of the rut.
Light was barely there, the forest still wrapped in silence. Just a young deer among the broom, waiting for the first calls of the kings to echo through the valley.
Moments like this remind us how powerful nature can be, even in its quietest breath.

Una lepre, distante e quasi nascosta tra i colori morbidi del prato… come se appartenesse a un piccolo mondo segreto.
A volte basta fermarsi e osservare — la natura sa ancora raccontare storie, se abbiamo la pazienza di ascoltarle.
Uno di quei momenti che restano impressi anche senza uno scatto perfetto.

Through the dense vegetation I glimpsed this red deer, touched by the last rays of sunlight. In those moments you realize how nature knows how to hide and reveal itself at the same time. A frame that speaks of patience and respect.
