How to elope in Lake Como and make it a day that feels entirely yours ✨
As a photographer specializing in elopements and intimate destination weddings, I’m here for so much more than taking photos. For this beautiful elopement, we chose Villa Monastero, a historic villa with breathtaking lake views and the most romantic botanical gardens.
We began the day getting ready in a private villa, followed by an emotional first look. Then, a private transfer took us to the ceremony location, where Hannah and Landin exchanged their vows overlooking the lake. We wandered through the gardens for their couple portraits before a boat picked us up right from the villa’s pier. The perfect way to celebrate!
We ended the day with a relaxed aperitivo, sharing a few more moments together. Because here’s the thing: eloping isn’t about following a schedule. It’s about creating a day that feels like you. A day filled with freedom, connection, meaningful moments, and the space to simply enjoy being together.
