Hey friends!

I did a big scary thing and I'm equal parts excited and terrified to share it with you! Episode 1 of the Behind the Frame Podcast is up and available on Spotify and Youtube! It will be on apple and google soon too, but it takes longer for a new podcast to launch on there.

The Behind the Frame podcast takes a peek behind the curtain of our picture perfect portfolios and dives deeper into what’s actually going on behind the scenes. Working in the luxury wedding industry, our lives look so glamorous from the outside, but we all know there’s so much more under the surface. This podcast will examine the process of building your business as an artist and an entrepreneur in a holistic fashion, understanding we need the lows to get to the highs and success isn’t a straight line. Real life isn’t about a destination, it’s the journey that matters.

Giving gifts has always been one of my love languages so Nick and I were so excited when suggested doing nightly turn down gifts at our wedding weekend since all 40 of our guests were staying on site at .

The second night after the rehearsal dinner guests returned to their room to find hand painted macarons by in the most beautiful boxes designed by using our amazing wedding mural my .

Macarons were the first thing Nick and I baked together and we both love them! Luckily Fen’s were way better than our sad attempt at making them!!!

In true photographer form, I wanted to shoot my own flat lays so Callista received a panicked text from me at midnight asking if there was an extra set I could photograph later so Nick and I could eat them now- and in true amazing planner form- the answer was yes!
