And just like that, another wedding season has come to an end.
It was a beautiful season.
A demanding one.
A strange one, too.
I’m someone who rarely feels satisfied with where I am. I often think I could have done more, done something better, or that I’m still not quite where I want to be.
And yet, when I think about it, I’m exactly where I once hoped I would be.
This season took me across 8 different regions of Italy. I’ve lost count of the miles driven and the hours spent on planes.
And so, I decided to take a step back, decompress and think things through with a clear mind.
My goals are constantly evolving. I want to keep reaching further, to see how far I can go.
But through it all, I feel endlessly grateful.
For the people I’ve met, for those who have helped me and put up with me along the way, for all the love I’ve had the privilege of witnessing.
For the hugs, the kind words, the thank-yous.
There’s still so much I want to do, so much I want to learn, and so many places I hope to go.
But for now, I’m allowing myself to be proud of how far I’ve come, while staying curious about how far I can go.
Here’s to everything that’s been, and everything that’s yet to come 🤍
