If I had to define what I do, I’d say I work as a wedding photographer.
But if I could describe it in my own words… I’d say I’m a people photographer.

I’m drawn to humanness. The real stuff.
Emotions, relationships, the quiet magic between two people that maybe no one else notices — but the camera does.

I want to photograph the moment just before the smile.
The tear that sneaks in mid-laughter.
The touch that says “I’m here.”

And when I photograph portraits, it’s not about just looking perfect.
It’s about being seen.
There’s a quiet kind of confidence that shows up when you feel safe, guided, and fully yourself.
That’s what I try to bring out in every session.

Whether it’s a wedding or a portrait session, I’m drawn to what’s real, what’s honest — the unguarded beauty that comes when you feel free to be fully yourself.

Hi. Long time no see.
It’s been an eternity since I posted here. Not because I stopped photographing — quite the opposite. But somewhere along the way, I slipped into a quieter season online.

I think it’s time to slowly wander back.

My name is Karolina. I’m a photographer, originally from the Czech Republic, living in northern Italy — in a charming town called Pavia.

I mostly photograph weddings and portraits. But really, I photograph people.

Humans fascinate me. I love the big emotions — the joy, the laughter, the excitement — but I’m just as drawn to the quiet, unspoken moments: the connections, the gestures, the way light touches someone’s face in a way that makes you feel something.
