BLUEBERRY VANILLA CREAM CAKE 🫐🎂

Ingredients

Cake

2 cups all-purpose flour
1½ cups sugar
2 eggs
½ cup butter
¾ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
1½ tsp baking powder
½ cup fresh blueberry puree

Blueberry Filling

1½ cups fresh blueberries
⅓ cup sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cornstarch

Vanilla Cream

2 cups heavy whipping cream
½ cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Decoration

Fresh blueberries
Blackberries
Blueberry ganache
Edible white flowers

Method:
Bake the blueberry vanilla cake → cool completely → level and cut into 3 layers → prepare blueberry filling → layer cake with vanilla cream and blueberry filling → chill → cover with smooth cream → add blueberry drip → pipe cream rosettes → decorate with fresh berries.
