Time to head back to the headquarter and get ready for the next adventure… Antarctica is just around the corner 🇦🇶

A few weeks ago, I wrote a letter to one of the greatest individuals of our time. Just a few days later, I received a response from him — what an unforgettable surprise! That’s why I want to keep it here, on my profile and in my memories.

Once again, I’m deeply grateful to Sir David for taking the time to reply to me. The letter now hangs proudly on the wall of my polar headquarters!

After a year of hard work — and just before the new Arctic season kicks off — it’s finally done. My Headquarter is officially ready. A space built with vision, patience, and a lot of coffee :-)

If you’re into polar regions or planning polar-themed events, you’re more than welcome to drop by — the Headquarter is open.

Excited for everything that’s coming next, and for the new season in the High Arctic, just around the corner.

After a glorious journey following the endurance route it is now time to go return home. In the last month we have done 5000 nautical miles in the Weddell Sea, in Antarctica… a quarter of the length of the equator!
