No Selfies Here In my role as portrait photographer, I capture the moment using a vintage camera and rolls of 120mm film.

I love the anticipation and delayed gratification of analogue photography and the mindfulness of the process. Anime di Firenze is a photographic tribute to the people and spirit of Firenze. The general idea is that the portraits presented here represent the antithesis of 'the selfie'... That they capture not the ego in a premeditated 'perfect' pose, but instead reveal the unequalled beauty of the

authentic self... A split second when the false self forgets itself... A moment of purity. To be your true self - to just be - is often the hardest thing to be... But always the most beautiful. Truth=Beauty=Love=Spirit
