Met up with an old friend last night here in Kansas City, who took me for BBQ and to a liquor store with a “secret” bar in the back. Might have to come back to both! This old fashioned was the best one I’ve had in the US not made by me. :)

This queen and her manpanion joined me for dinner last night, and it was glorious! They are both every bit as awesome as I imagined they would be, and I’m so glad to call them friends.

Huge difference between these two images, and close to 900 miles. “Warm” one is Orlando (MCO) and “cold” one is Baltimore (BWI). Mega storm moved in this morning and I *just* made it out.
