For my last wedding of the 2026 season, I wanted to take you along with me and share what happens behind the photographs.

A little diary of my working day in Tuscany, with some moments behind the scenes and some of the photographs I took along the way.

Taking care of my couples is a big part of what I do: listening, helping you feel at ease, and being there throughout the day. Sometimes that means offering a little guidance; sometimes it simply means giving you space to enjoy the moment.

Being present helps me tell your story more fully , through the people, the emotions, and the little things happening between the big moments.

When you come to Tuscany to get married, you’re not just choosing a beautiful venue. You’re choosing Tuscany itself: its landscape, its hills, its light and the atmosphere that surrounds you.

You’ve probably spent a lot of time searching for the perfect place for your wedding. So why shouldn’t that place be part of your memories too?

That’s why, whenever the schedule allows, I like to arrive a little earlier and photograph the landscape and the surroundings of the venue you have chosen. And whenever conditions allow, I also take a few aerial photographs with my drone.

For me, these images are not an extra. They are part of a more complete story of your wedding.

Of course, the people, the emotions and all those little moments are at the heart of what I do. But the place where everything happened matters too.

Years from now, I want you to remember the whole experience. Not only how your wedding felt, but also how beautiful that little corner of Tuscany was.

Kristen and Michael came all the way from Canada to celebrate their wedding in Tuscany, choosing the beautiful Castello di Gargonza.

They really wanted a photo together on the castle tower. Just before dinner, looking at Gargonza from above, I had an idea. I didn’t want to simply photograph them on the tower, I wanted to show the place they had chosen for their wedding too.

So I flew the drone a little higher, leaving them small in the middle of the scene, surrounded by the ancient village and its warm evening lights.

Sometimes, changing your point of view is all it takes to give a photograph something more.

And this became one of my favorite images of the day.

After the video, a few photographs.

I had the pleasure of photographing Jennifer and Sergio, two young actors from New York, during their wedding at Villa Cini.

Photographing two people who are used to being in front of a camera might sound almost too easy. But the most beautiful part was capturing everything that didn’t need to be performed: the looks, the energy, the connection, and all those little moments that simply happened naturally.

And this is exactly the kind of wedding photography I still love: the kind where there’s nothing to act.
