I live with my wife and our wonderful children in Arezzo, between Florence and Siena, in the heart of the magical Tuscany, land of passion, art and culture. I love telling stories, understanding and explaining human relations. My wedding tales are not the simple chronological stories of the event day. They are a journey that recovers the most profound and intimate reality o

f the spouses and their loved ones. I focus my lenses with delicacy and discretion on the relations between the subjects and between these and the ambience around them, in order to take you to a deeper and more intimate visual level. TALE and MEMORY: these are the two pillars at the base of my Photography, and the result is a Great Portrait of you and of your intimate world. Dopo molti anni di pausa dai concorsi
(chi mi conosce sa il motivo per cui ho smesso;

sono stato incoraggiato — con una certa insistenza —
a partecipare a un contest di visual storytelling
promosso da una delle principali riviste internazionali del settore.

Per mancanza di tempo, di volontà e di reale interesse,
ho selezionato solo all’ultimo momento alcune immagini
tra le review già consegnate ai miei clienti,
senza alcuna pretesa.

Ovviamente…
una di quelle foto ha vinto. 🖤

Un piccolo promemoria:
quando hai un metodo per raccontare davvero una storia,
questa arriva sempre a qualcuno.

🎬 “Può lo stesso copione creare sempre film diversi?”
Un matrimonio ha un format preciso.
Gli stessi rituali.
Gli stessi gesti.
Gli stessi spazi.
Eppure non è mai lo stesso.
Perché la storia non nasce dal copione,
ma dalle persone che la abitano.
Ogni abbraccio ha un volto nuovo.
Ogni risata ha un suono diverso.
Ogni promessa si intreccia a vite che non si ripeteranno mai.
Raccontare un matrimonio non significa fotografare un evento,
ma dare voce a una storia che prende forma dai suoi protagonisti.

Per chi cerca un matrimonio che non sembri un format da replicare,
ma un’esperienza da vivere.

🧨 "Se inviti solo chi ami davvero… serve ancora il tableau de mariage?"

Ci sono matrimoni che non somigliano a nessun altro.
Non perché costano di più. Ma perché valgono di più.

In Alto Adige, tra abeti e silenzi, tra malghe e pascoli, ho raccontato una storia che sembrava un segreto sussurrato alla montagna.
Solo poche persone.
Nessun rito da copione. Nessun estraneo.
Solo emozioni vere.
Sguardi che non si possono rifare. Vite che non si possono inventare.
E una coppia che ha scelto di essere, non di “apparire”.

Io c’ero.
Proprio come uno di loro.
Perché è questo il cuore del mio metodo:
viverla, per poterla raccontare.
Fondere lo sguardo con la vita,
e restituirla come se il tempo non fosse mai stato interrotto.

"Authenticity and Method: The Key to Timeless Images"

Every couple has a unique story, made of gestures, glances, and a connection that only they can express. Altering this chemistry means telling a story that isn’t real, that doesn’t exist. This is why it's essential to me that people remain authentically themselves, especially in front of the camera, where we often tend to act or pretend due to shyness or embarrassment.

Capturing authenticity is neither easy nor obvious. It’s not enough to make people feel comfortable or to shoot without being noticed. To truly represent the essence of a couple, it takes something more: a true Method.

My method is the result of years of observation, analysis, and study. It starts well before the wedding day, allowing me to understand who you really are and to tell your authentic story. Only this way can I create timeless images, destined to become a treasure for your family.

"Every Shot Tells a Unique Story"

When I return to places I've photographed before, the challenge is always the same: never repeat myself. This is a core principle of my photographic language. Every photo has its own story, its own genesis. It arises from an experience, from sharing a piece of ourselves with someone else.

Each image is the result of a unique relationship between me and the couple in that specific moment. It's not a model, a formula, or a pose that can be replicated. Recreating an image would not only betray the previous experience but also show a lack of respect for the people in front of me.

Photography is the documentation of an encounter, of something experienced either as a spectator or as a protagonist. It's always something real, unique, and authentic.

I adore natural light and have mastered over the years the best ways to use it. Light is the main component of a photo especially in the language of black and white. Playing with light to talk about my subjects is the thing I like the most during a couple service. This also pleases my couples because they have a lot of fun and so they always have a natural and authentic.

My passion for stories has led me to tell special weddings, original and atypical, like this. After a two-hour hike through mountains, clouds and grazing animals, the future bride and groom and their guests reach the wedding venue.
