Following the outbreak of the COVID -19 and its official announcement on March 15th,2020, the Iranian Headquarters on the fight against coronavirus announced a closure of all sports activities, competitions, exercises, and venues and sports clubs in Iran. Because of this situation and the requirement for home quarantine, many athletes whose workouts are an integral part of their daily lives have been thinking of ways to continue their workouts. A 22-years-old trail runner, Elika Shams, has turned her home balcony into a small club for her bodybuilding exercises. As Elika said, the number of her workouts are also increasing since she has more free time during a day. She also brings out her gym stuff, which never has been used before. Although the competition in which she was going to compete postponed, she never quit exercising even when the situation seems too restrictive. This is the definition of passion that real athletes have to achieve their goals.
به دنبال شیوع کرونا و اعلام رسمی آن در 15 مارس 2020 ، ستاد مبارزه با کروناویروس ایران از تعطیلی کلیه فعالیت های ورزشی، مسابقات، تمرینات و اماکن و کلوپ های ورزشی در ایران خبر داد.. به دلیل این وضعیت و الزام به قرنطینه خانگی ، بسیاری از ورزشکارانی که تمرین جزء لاینفک زندگی روزمره آنهاست ، به فکر راهی برای ادامه تمرینات خود بوده اند. الیکا شمس، 22 ساله دونده طبیعت برای تمرینات بدن سازی خود ، بالکن خانه ی خود را به یک باشگاه کوچک تبدیل کرده است. طبق گفته ی الیکا ، تعداد تمریناتش نیز افزایش پیدا کرده زیرا در طول روز وقت آزادتری دارد.او همچنین وسایل ورزشی خود را که پیش از این هرگز مورد استفاده قرار نگرفته بود را بیرون آورده است. اگرچه مسابقه ای که قرار بود در آن به رقابت بپردازد به تعویق افتاد ، اما حتی در زمان اوج محدودیت ها ، هرگز ورزش کردن را کنار نگذاشت.این همان شور و شوقی است که ورزشکاران واقعی برای رسیدن به اهداف خود دارند
