TODDLER FRIENDLY 4 INGREDIENTS EASY MANGO PUDDING

Mango season is here and it is the only reason I bear these hot summers. Do try this simple recipe during these holidays.

This recipe was an instant hit in our house. Liked by everyone in our home. It was a hit especially with all our boys. 5 of them in total.

I used Banginapalli Mangoes which weren't very sweet so used honey to sweeten it. If the mangoes are very sweet you can skip the sweetener altogether.

This recipe serves 8 people

Ingredients:
Mango puree 4 cups (used 3 large Banginapalli mangoes)
Boiled sabudana (sago) 2 cups
Boiled and cooled Milk 2 cups
Honey or sweetener of your choice (Adjust the sweetness)

Process:
1.Add in everything one by one and mix well to ensure there are no lumps.
2.Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours and serve.

It's just as simple as that.

Tip:Boiling the sabudana takes about 10 to 15 min but if you soak them for a while they soften very quickly.

From my early days of food photography.

My center table glass broke and I had a huge chunk of it intact and one day I saw a reflection in it and it struck me that I can use it as a base.

For the background I used my Black saree cotton petticoat which was matte enough to not reflect anything back. The base was a black dupatta on which I put the broken black glass, then I arranged a few veggies , fruits etc and clicked them. I even did some Jewellery shoots with my wedding jewellery. Lol

Here I used a black pen cap to make the lemon stand upright and removed what was visible post processing. I only used Picasa back then and still managed to properly edit them.

I miss that old me sometimes.
