The name Vishwakarma—Vishwa (world) and Karma (action)—means the one whose actions shape the universe. Today, Vishwakarma lives within those who act to build a sustainable, greener future. It is the artist who sees potential in the discarded, the innovator who turns waste into wonder, and the creator who transforms negatives into positives, much like the philosophy we live by at Lensocrat.

Here is presenting a glimpse of the screening of the film Narayan Sinha Art for Earth, a film about an artist who has not only transformed scrap into breathtaking art but has also been awarded for his contribution to a more sustainable world. As Narayan breathes life into waste, we dedicate this film to all the modern-day Vishwakarmas—artists, creators, and visionaries—who are crafting a world that is greener and better for generations to come.

What an incredible experience at La Martiniere for Boys, celebrating the 78th Independence Day surrounded by passion, creativity, and the joy of photography. Sitting alongside Brigadier Krishnendu Das, Principal Stephen, and artist Mithun Joy, I was reminded of the powerful connection between art and freedom. Watching the NCC cadets parade, listening to the boys recite their poems, and judging the remarkable work at the photo exhibition—all of it reinforced my belief in the next generation of storytellers.

To the budding photographers of the Camera Club: remember, photography is more than just capturing images. It's about telling your story, expressing your unique perspective, and sharing your vision with the world. On this special day, as we celebrate our nation’s independence and the spirit of creativity, I encourage you to keep pushing boundaries and let your passion for photography shine.
