A vocational trainer passed away with having 7 month's salary pending. He was performing his duty honestly and provided the helping hand in serving the people, but his work was never acknowledged & he was not paid for his work!

He didn't die due to cardic arrest, but he died of the pressure, that has been created by the cruel system as he was supporting his family and childrens with an empty pocket.

Omar Sarkar passed the bill in assembly and enhance the salary of himself and all MLA's right after assuming the charge as CM of J&K, but didn't think about the Daily wagers, Seasonal workers, Vocational trainees & other people serving the depratments.

To befool these poor people he sometimes says we have formed the committe, after 6 months he says that CS has not prepared the report and the file is the room of CS and months after he comes to house and says there is no frame work for the regularization of their services due to financial implications.
