Ever since I started a business it's been my dream to own a car and after years of dedication I have reached to the level where I'm eligible to afford a car with a loan.
So, I decided to purchase a car, I discussed this with my wife, both my wife and son are excited about this.
I begun my research and finalized on family car that is KIA carens. On july 2022 we went to KIA showroom Thanjavur and booked Imperial blue Kia Carens.
The dealer promised me that they will deliver the car in 3 months.
I questioned why it takes 3 months to deliver and he replied that it's usual estimation time but we will deliver you within a month like that.
I accepted this and we were awaiting for the delivery day passionately.
I'm from a rural village so owning a car is not usual thing in my village.
So my whole village knows that I'm going to buy a car so they were all excited about this.
Days passed and the car was not delivered as promised but we still had hope and made all the enquiry we could but as I'm writing this on February 2023 the car is not yet delivered to me. You can imagine the turmoil we had gone through all these months ( almost an year).
Because of a fake promise from the dealer we lost our peace.
I still can't accept the fact how could it take this many months to deliver a single car.
I decided to fight this legally as the amount of depression and money this cost me is immeasurable.
