There are few things in world we cannot express but feel. And there are exactly certain place that helps us to attain that state. Sitting beside a river all alone, where no one knows who you are?, where you are from? or what you are doing? but you just sit there idle like a pebble listening to the running water waiting for your turn to get washed away by a sudden stream.

City of Joy, colours and yellow cabs.

It took me few hours to decide whether to post this or not, I don't want to use this time to promote anything and then I thought it would be best to show what I saw. How i felt the happiness of the city and the effect of love from living to non living things around me during Dec 2019 at Kolkata.

Just a little story from it, I wandered through streets near dum dum Station, I don't know bengali and the hindi spoken there was mixture of Bhojpuri, I saw few people playing carrom board that attracted me first, secondly the coins it was different they had markings not like just black and white. When the men playing carrom saw me starring at them they just invited me to play with them with a big smile without even asking who am I. I fell in love with them, I fell in love with the carrom, I fell in the love with people in the City with big smile. I think of them in this time, they were living in chawl and small huts, I pray for that smile, I pray.

Someone dear to my friend had nostalgia about this place and over phone call I was told by her the way he described the city. That made me to wander in the streets in a better way. He is no more with us, but everytime I see the trip picture, his way to describe, the carrom board and that smiling men flashes up.
