When a commercial project sits in a location as active and competitive as Wagle Estate, the way it is presented needs to go beyond the building itself✨️
This walkthrough is being developed for an upcoming premium office project near Thane’s 22 No. Circle. From the outset, the objective was not to create another visual showcase, but to build a tool that communicates context, access, and positioning within one of the city’s most established business districts.
Our role was to shape that narrative spatially. By reconstructing the surrounding area in 3D using real-world references, the experience is able to demonstrate how the project connects to its environment, how it is approached, and how it will be experienced as a workplace destination.
The outcome is a walkthrough designed to support decision-making, not just visualisation.
