Picturesque is a vibrant and enthusiastic group of photographers and talented Kashmiri youth supported by a large number of Photography lovers with the aim of portraying various socio-economic, geo-political and number of other causes and concerns with a view to receive inputs from various corners for suggesting possible ways via civil society to the people at the helm of affairs at various levels
of official and other important concerns to mitigate the hardships faced by the local populace. The groups motive is to involve youths from various fields such as professionals, students, business persons, industrialists etc having an inclination in photography and to be motivated for having their latent talent exploited for the betterment of the society and create an awareness among various segments of the society to bring forth various issues confronting them for arriving at possible ways out to redress them. The overall outcome of this effort is envisioned to have the opportunities evolved for energetic youth to engage themselves in creative assignments so that a livelihood is generated with peace, dignity and order.
