We are delighted to announce that one of our esteemed HCC members, Amit Dey, has been honoured with the Best Entrant Award at Exposed 2026, a prestigious National Photography Salon organised by the Photographic Association of Coochbehar with patronage from the Federation of Indian Photography (FIP).

Himalayan Camera Club is delighted to congratulate our esteemed member Amit Dey on his remarkable achievement at Exposed 2026, a prestigious national photography salon organized by the Photographic Association of Coochbehar.
Amit has been honoured with the Best Entrant Award. Further adding to this achievement, he secured 5 sectional awards and earned 12 acceptances, demonstrating the strength, creativity, and versatility of his photographic vision.

Dear enthusiast photographers,
Join us tomorrow for capture the moments of CHARAK Festival.
Photowalk on Charak Puja is being organized to capture the cultural heritage and rituals of this traditional folk festival.
Details:
- Date: 14th April 2026
- Time: 3:00 PM onwards
- Venue: Charak Ground, Rangapani.
- Theme: Documenting Charak rituals, devotees, hook-swinging, dance, and folk elements.
Guidelines:
1. Maintain respect for devotees and rituals. Do not disturb the ceremonies.
2. Seek permission before taking close-up portraits.
3. No flash during sensitive rituals.
4. Participants are responsible for their own equipment and safety.
Interested photographers are requested to confirm their participation.
