To scene ye hai ki............. I took a long exposure shot of this beautiful statue on my phone and add an another layer of milky way photo on top of it which I download from Google and make this beautiful combination of long exposure + dual exposure.
However if you have a better camera nd if night is super clear with no cloud and moon nd if all lights of patna is shut down and moreover if milky-way could rise in west then probably you get similar looking image ЁЯШЙ
