We had just gotten to know Manika & Anikrit before their wedding, and this pre-wedding session was meant to be a little warm-up for them — helping them get comfortable in front of the camera, understand the flow, and simply be themselves without worrying too much about posing.

Honestly, we never expected the session to turn out this beautifully. The slightly windy, rainy weather added its own charm, while the timeless 7th-century architecture and intricate art of Sirpur created the perfect canvas for us to capture these frames. Sometimes, all you need is the right place, the right mood, and two people slowly getting comfortable with each other and the camera.

Divia & Pierre — probably one of the most offbeat weddings we shot last season.

As photographers and filmmakers, we’re often focused on frames, compositions, light, and all the so-called rules of photography and cinematography. But sometimes, a story demands something completely different.

For this wedding, we decided to break a few rules and create something more dramatic, raw, and energetic. We experimented heavily with slow shutter photography, Dutch angles, practical lights, motion, and imperfect frames — embracing the chaos instead of trying to control it. We wanted the visuals to feel as alive as the people in them: unpredictable, expressive, and full of energy.

And honestly, this approach could only work with a couple like Divia & Pierre. Their energy, their story, and the way they celebrated gave us the freedom to experiment and push ourselves creatively.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the incredible Team Content Project Goa, who made the entire process smooth and gave us the space to create freely.

Every couple says they want the photos to be perfect. These two meant it.
Vizag showed up with sea breeze and that slow south Indian gold, and the effort quietly turned into ease. Silk moving on its own. Laughing at nothing. Nobody posing by the end.

That’s the version we’re keeping.

Some stories arrive with years of planning.

This wasn’t one of them.

Anmol & Paarth had already found what most people spend a lifetime looking for — a person who felt like home. The wedding was never the beginning of their story; it was simply a celebration of something that had quietly become certain.

One Sunday morning, almost casually, they decided they wanted to get married.

No grand proposal.
No elaborate timeline.
Just two people who valued each other deeply enough to know.

And then, a few weeks later, there we were in Bali.

As filmmakers, we often look for dramatic moments. But with these two, what stayed with us were the smaller things — the way they checked on each other without words, how every glance carried familiarity, and how neither of them seemed interested in being the centre of attention. They were simply happy to be together.

Bali became more than a destination. It became the backdrop for a celebration built on certainty rather than spectacle.

Over five days and countless moments, we realised something beautiful:

The strongest love stories aren’t always the loudest ones.

Sometimes they’re just two people waking up on a Sunday morning, looking at each other, and deciding they’re ready for forever.
