I shot this image in Mumbai many months back. The boy wanted us to buy badges of the Indian flag since it was a few days before our Republic day. Some of us bought, some of us politely declined to buy.
After a few moments of hovering around us he went and stood at a short distance from us and soon enough went into a thought trance, right in the middle of the hustle bustle of the busiest part of one the busiest cities of the world. Such intense was his expression, I was getting drawn into his world I thought...
There was one way of stopping myself from falling into that rabbit hole. So I raised my camera to my eyes and took this shot...
He heard the snap. He looked at me. And then he smiled. 🙂
