At a stretch, I got only a 15 min break during the first two months after his birth. By the time I got ready and clicked my baby’s pictures and his dad’s.. my baby would be hungry or sleepy again. So momma got most cries and dadda most smiles.

Last year around this time I was wrapping up my professional commitments in anticipation of a new adventure slated to happen anytime soon in my life. And, you happened. You gave us the feelings we never felt before and the love we never thought existed in our hearts. From scrunching on to my chest to now jumping everywhere whenever you get a chance to stand.. we’ve made quite a progress in these last 11 months and 21 days. Oh boy!! My little baby is transitioning into toddlerhood soon and I can’t keep calm! As new parents, we were so busy taking care of you that we feel - we didn’t see enough of you as a teeny tiny baby and you’re already touching the 1 year mark.

These pictures are from the early newborn phase… which was slow and super quick at the same time.
