Words by Artist : I painted this picture because I somehow felt that every individual might relate to it someway or the other.

My canvas is a girl because I am a girl but I hope that boys would also be able to comprehend this picture in their own different ways.

I believe that actions, words and all your deeds make you the person you were, you are and you will be in future but many times I wonder whether I'm on the right path? Am I supposed to do the things I'm doing right now? What if I made a wrong decision? What if I wasn't meant to graduate like this? Where would I be if I had decided to leave Delhi?I know that my name is Vanya Azad, but who am I in reality? What is my identity?

So many questions reached upon the alter of my thoughts and a picture like this is what came to my mind when I thought hard about who am I? What is my future going to be like?

But one can't get caught up in the web of thoughts right? One should plan and take actions and try their best to steer the course of their life. One should try to slowly build themselves and paint this face complete.

I just wish everyone to gather the power in them to complete this face of in their lives.

This quarantine our professor Dr. Rinzing Lama is spending some good amount of time in his kitchen garden. Sir is utilising this time in cultivating organic food. These shots are straight away from his kitchen garden.

The Artist here describes how she got motivated and explored her passion for the colours.

I’ve always loved art — seeing it, learning about it, experiencing it, and creating it.
A passion for painting that burst out of me with a force during this quarantine, I had not experienced in a long time.
At first I found it less than inspiring, but as I played with color and saw it transform a blank canvas into one that spoke back to me, I got lost in trying to capture what I saw and felt. (My friend’s encouragement was a huge help, too.) That night I was reminded about this beautiful state of flow, when you find yourself so immersed in something, so focused, so completely separated from any distracting thoughts, fully present in the moment of what you are doing. It’s an incredible feeling. And did you know that it activates the same pathways in our brain as love?

IITTM NOIDA along with India Tourism office , Delhi today (28.1.2020) organised a sensitisation/awareness programme to popularise the Ministry's Incredible India Tourist Facilitator (IITF).
Industry representatives along with Students and faculty of ICI and NCHMCT were appraised the participants about the certification programme and registration process.
Mr.Anil Oraw , Regional Director North, India tourism office, Prof. Monika Prakash , Nodal Officer , IITTM NOIDA and Dr. Aditi Choudhary interacted with students and solved their queries related with IITF certification programme.
