​Starting the day with a splash of color at the Jaltrang Interpretation Centre on Upper Lake! 🌊 For World Earth Day 2026,
had organised painting competition for school students from Bhopal to dive into this year’s theme: Our Power, Our Planet.

​There’s something so hopeful about seeing the world through a child’s eyes. From the challenges our environment faces to the creative solutions for a greener tomorrow, these young artists captured it all. 🎨✨

​Our power is in our hands—and today, those hands were covered in paint and purpose. 💚

A morning that started with a Gulmohar ended with a rescue by dog lover's 🌸🐕‍🦺

​While driving toward Kaliasoot this morning, I stopped to capture the blooming Gulmohar trees. Amidst the clicks, I heard a sound that didn’t belong: a dog barking in pure desperation.

​After searching, I found him trapped at the bottom of a dry, unbarricaded well. He was paralyzed by fear and hunger, unable to climb the stairs out. While some passed by, a few kind souls did help—offering rotis and biscuits to calm him down and cajoling the little one to make effort to climb up. But the scared one ...! And for help I woke up Anadi who came there on one call at 6 am.

​The real rescue happened when the "Triple A" team arrived. Huge thanks to the brave Anadi, who went down into the well, and to Arjun and Ajay for their strength and support in pulling him to safety.

​This little one is now back on solid ground, walking free. Thank you Triple 'A' Anadi, Arjun and Ajay.

My diaries - yesterday was at Atal Tinkering Lab in a Government school in Kumhari in Durg, ❣️ great to see children taking up innovative projects at school like one how to indicate high speed on highway, or making a 3D printer etc... !
