📸Theme: Will be announced on the spot! Get ready for a thrilling surprise! 🌀

📌 Rules for The Flash Frame Frenzy:
- Only one entry per person will be accepted.
- Photograph should be original. Plagiarism or use of unfair means will lead to immediate disqualification.
- Only basic editing like cropping, adjusting contrast, and saturation is allowed.
- It is mandatory to submit a caption and EXIF details of the photograph.
- Photograph or caption must not contain any vulgar, abusive, or inappropriate content. If found, the submission will be disqualified.

We are glad to announce that as part of *PIXOMANIA’25*, we are hosting *“Shutter Bingo”*: an Inter-College Photography Competition in our college.

*Details:*

*📅Date: 24th February, 2025*
*🕰️Time: 11:00 AM*
*📍Venue: Shaheed Rajguru College Of Applied Sciences For Women*

*Rules:*

1. Participants will receive a bingo ticket but with a twist of photography.

2. The time limit will be one hour (including uploading the pictures).

3. Open for students from all colleges.

4. Open for both - individual and team participation (two members per team).

5. Basic editing like cropping, adjusting contrast and saturation are allowed.

6. Registration is to be done through the Google Form link provided.

7. The form link for submission of photographs will be provided on the spot.

8. Participants are required to bring a valid student ID card and Adhaar card. *No one will be allowed to enter the college premises without these.*

9. Plagiarism will not be tolerated.

3️⃣ Originality: Your film must be your own work—plagiarism in any form will lead to disqualification.
4️⃣ File Size & Format: The video must be in MP4 format, HD quality
