Loving.
Everyday loving, from your family is a blessing. It may not always be in the form of hugs and kisses or declaration of 'I love you.'
It could be your favorite food being cooked when you return home or a broken button fixed miraculously when you go to wear your favorite shirt.
Every person has a different ways of showing love, you just need to pay attention enough to understand it.

All I need for Christmas is your love, daddy.

You might think that children are too young to understand most things. That might be true, in most cases, but one thing is for sure, they understand love.
They instinctively go towards people who give them love and attention, mostly attention, more than gifts.
This holiday season, hold your kids tighter, kiss them more often and most importantly spend time with them.
That will be the best present you could give them, you being present, completely, in their life.

Being in the creative field isn't easy. There are so many people doing such a brilliant job that one often wonders, does my work even mean anything?
Will people even appreciate it?

But as an artist, you have just one job.
To create.
There will always be a certain set of people who will like what you do. Not what the other brilliant people do, but what you do, simply because of the kind of style you add to your work.
Having said that, I'm not saying don't aspire to be better. The goal is always to be the best at what you do. For that you need to find inspiration. But. Don't let the inspiration bring you down or lose your own individuality in the process.
Be you. The rest will follow.
