My granny is 98, and spending time with her makes me realize how important it is to turn inward early in life.

The body will eventually slow down, and the world around us will change, but what really stays is how present and aware we are within.

If we cultivate that awareness when we have the strength, our later years can be peaceful and clear, rather than just slipping by without realizing.

Just before I headed to Kailash, my bike decided to do a full cartwheel right outside the Swayambhunath Stupa in Kathmandu! No scratches on me or the camera—guess we were both ready for the next adventure.

Wandering through the fog with my amazing cousin sisters.
