Another way to cross the is by a motor boat. I saw cycles being transported from one bank to the other using these boats, effortlessly.

Also, there's a different charm in traveling in a boat, don't you think so too?

There are words that the eyes speak that even words from the mouth cannot express. The eyes in the photo screamed for my attention, and I couldn't hold myself from requesting him for a photograph.

and I had halted for a few minutes before boarding the ferry from to . I was checking out the tea shop around when this gentleman caught my attention. He was just conversing there with a few friends, but the moment I saw his eyes, I knew there's a story there.

I surely would, hopefully, want to sit with him and converse about life as he sees it through these eyes, but couldn't at that point of time. We had to cross the backwaters before , and I had to keep a memory of this frame for some time in the future.

There is a reason why this place in is called 'Mini Kashmir', and I doubt if words would be able to describe this as well as this photo does. This is a photo of the Koyna backwaters. To reach Zadani, we need to take a ferry from Tapola, cross the backwaters to reach Gadivilli (about 15mins).

Did you know this beautiful place existed, that too a few hours from Mumbai? 😍😍
