Ritam Banerjee Photography Making Positives out of Negatives. www.ritambanerjee.com
Blog - ritambanerjee.blogspot.com I am an Indian photographer. I started pursuing photography in 1996.

I have been photographing in a variety of fields such as Travel, Fashion, Photojournalism, Advertising, Interiors, Portraits and Automobiles, among others, for several national and multinational clients and publications. A freelance photographer, I also work with and am globally represented by Getty Images. In 1996, my father left his job with an MNC Pharmaceutical to take up photography as a full

time vocation. In the same year, I left home to study photography at Pune's Fergusson College. Since then, the world has transformed into just an array of faces, objects, moods and silences for me to capture on my lens. I sometimes wonder, whether life itself has now become a procession of images for me. For over a decade now, all that I have been doing is to turn negatives into positives. One day, I may succeed in connecting all the dots together. Till then I have these impressions for you.
