For all of you who's been asking the question if I have stopped focusing on my journey with a camera, the answer is a big NO 🌻 photography changed my life and gave me a direction to walk towards few years ago when I was directionless in life, my journey with a camera has taken me to places I never thought I would go to and meet people, experience life from a totally different perspective. I'm just taking a break to explore myself with wherever life has been taking me the last one year but I'm eagerly waiting to get back on the road, focusing on life through a viewfinder yet again 🥰

The first set of photos from my 5 years old x100s. This was the camera that made me get into the world of fujifilm back in 2016 when there were hardly anyone using this brand at that time. The analogue dials and the functionality of this timeless design made me fall in love with this system in no time, coupled with the inbuilt film simulations, I wish I could just buy them all they have on sale right now , maybe one day I will 🥰

The story with her and a chair.

EXPERIMENT

We often overlook the beauty of experimenting in creating and in life, there's this notion of how perfect life should be while growing up, and it gets ingrained in our minds so deep, we approach everything in life with the same perspective and let things fall apart eventually with anxiety and overthinking in the end. This was an experimental shoot I did, the second day I was in Mumbai with super enthusiastic , there was a chair lying idle in my apartment I just moved in and I was thinking, why don't I let her just play with it and create some moments out of this. It's a constant learning and unlearning process for me and I'm sure it's the same for everyone out there, letting go of perfectionism and just create, not because I need thousand likes and followers but because I absolutely love what I do, which is creating.

ETERNALLY GRATEFUL 🌻


As someone who literally plays with darkness and light every single day, it's funny when I think about how long it took me to realize our lives are the same as well every single day. Only darkness has been predominantly present in my life for few months now navigating through losing my priceless camera and stuff, trying to get out of a very difficult situation with a fellow human being, being down with a chronic lung illness since July. The more and more life was throwing darkness at me, I forgot to even notice light after a certain point of time and something changed in me few weeks ago, changed for good. When I wrote down the things I love the most to create and just started to do it all one day at a time and start being grateful for the little things in life when I was not even able to go out for couple of months, life has started to show the light again, one day at a time and I'm eternally grateful for this journey as a human being learning and unlearning and just living the way I want to, every single day of my life ❤
