KTM 390 SMC R - India’s ONLY one. 🇮🇳

A proper Supermoto is built around one thing - making every corner feel like an excuse to keep riding.

The KTM 390 SMC R takes the 390 platform and turns it into something completely different - lightweight, aggressive, tall, and built to attack corners.

This particular SMC R is India’s only one, brought to life by Kaizad Darukhanawala through an extensive build and conversion.

I had the opportunity to capture this machine and put together a cinematic film around it.

Join me into the journey of chasing fireflies!
Me and my friends recently travelled to Bhandardara Dam to watch fireflies as they appear there after the first summer rains and stay there until the monsoon arrives.

This film is not just about fireflies but also about the journey we witness whilst we travel, through this film I want you to witness the scenic landscapes of summer, the beautiful journey and the glowing miracles of nature - ‘Fireflies’.

My vision was to create cinematic visuals of this whole journey, hope you love all the frames which I carefully graded to create simple landscapes into epic scenes.

Power of colour grading! 🎨

I have been using .film for a while now and I can say confidently that it’s just game changer for colour grading, all the grades you see are done only using Dehancer’s film emulation plugin in Davinci Resolve.

Watching fireflies after ages,

First time I saw them was in 2017 in Bhor, that day I had the Canon 6D mark 1 and the low light performance of that camera was not so good it was practically impossible to shoot them, this time I used the Sony A7IV which has such a good low light sensitivity, I was literally maxing out the ISO and I was still getting such amazing shots, you must be wondering if I will keep blabbering about camera specs but the point of the story is technology today has almost peaked, only thing you need to do is go out there and shoot the damn thing, it not about if you will able to do it or not it’s about when. So go shoot that thing you were manifesting for ages and enjoy the slides! ✨
