Cruising along the barren landscape of is always a treat, not only for us, but also you, the viewer. One feels like they’re flying over another planet. With such less traffic on these roads, even driving or riding here is a heavenly experience, becoming one with the landscape. I spent a couple of years in during my DJing days in 2004-05. This city has so much history and appeal that I felt I needed to capture its essence.
I was lucky enough to get a chance to do exactly that recently and had just a day to do it. Above are glimpses of the , the biggest of its kind in India.

We visited , a traditional potters’ colony. Kolkata is famous for being a sculpting hub as it not only manufactures clay idols for various festivals but also exports them. As nears, Kumortuli transorms itself into a hive of perpetual activity.

Later in the day, we took a ferry to Howrah and witnessed some awesome street performers and took the fabled ride as well. All this in “A day in, Kolkata”

PS. This is an old post from 2018, since many people here have joined us after that I thought it would be appropriate to post one of my favourite videos again.

The video above is a glimpse of a shoot we did for in 2018. Filming “Behind the scenes” videos are pretty much always hectic and difficult as the run and gun shooting style by nature strips us of any control of the set or surroundings. We have to make do with whatever little space we get to shoot.

Run and gun shooting is a skill set that takes a fair amount of time to get right. Many years ago, our debut collective turned out to be the best training for us when it came to this particular filming style. We did what we loved, with no limitations apart from the ones we created ourselves!

Many of you may not be familiar with a series of documentaries that we did over the years. If you like human stories, you may want to check our series out!

FPV one take of one of the flights we did in . Flying over the frozen has to be one of the most surreal experiences I’ve had in a long time. I knew this spot, had been there a couple of years back, decided to go back, with our quads this time around.
Enjoy!!! And be safe. :)

On one of our in November last year we were given a by . We decided to make a trip through from via to . What you see above is a selection of a few shots we took along the way.

The interior roads of Karnataka are surprisingly quiet and serene and it isn’t unusual to pass through several small jungles and towns on the way. What we have come to realise over the years is that the beauty of this country is unlimited and often unmatched. Were I given an option as to my preferred choice of travel, I would pretty much always prefer taking the road!
