This is my therapist. A calm and beautiful reminder that comfort and peace are near. No words are needed. Just the cadence of the waves crashing into the rocks is what speaks to me. All of my senses are tapped into and I just feel such a calm peace that comes over me. The tide seems to take any negative racing thoughts with it as it retreats back into a vast and massive ocean. Far bigger than any problem I might face is the calm assurance of my therapists voice.
