One of those old-but-favourite projects that still makes me smile.
A beverage shoot for House of Nomad, Taj Lands End — where the brief was clear: chilled, edgy, and visually different cocktails that instantly set the mood. My love for F&B never fades, and shoots like these are a reminder why.

A tip for Beverage Photography:
To get those tiny, refreshing water droplets on the glass, lightly spray a mix of water + a little glycerin or apply a thin layer of vaseline and then spray water, this helps the droplets hold longer, look natural, and instantly make the drink feel ice-cold and ready to be sipped.

Throwback BTS from a shoot with frozen snacks — samosas, parathas and more.
From frozen straight out of the pack to that perfect fried break with a hint of artificial smoke, every detail matters. The texture, the crack, the steam — all styled to make frozen food look fresh, hot and irresistible.

Sometimes, just observing a behind-the-scenes setup teaches you more than planned tutorials. There are plenty of small styling and shooting cues hidden in this BTS if you look closely.

Take a look and comment below if you’d like me to clarify anything — happy to help.

Props are not about decoration — they’re about direction.
In this video, I’m sharing the process of choosing the right props, from minimal to ethnic, based on the objective of the shoot and what the brand wants to communicate. Once the intent is clear, create a few layouts, test them, and see what truly supports the food before locking the final shot.

Hope you like this tip — stay tuned for more food styling tips.

Our recent production work for Birdy’s — one of the most loved pastry & bake shops.
This reel captures the heart of their baking process — from fresh ingredients to ovens at work — shot in warm tone lighting to evoke comfort, nostalgia, and that unmistakable fresh-from-the-bakery feeling.
A joy creating a series of reels that highlight different facets of the brand, where every frame reflects warmth, craft, and consistency — just like Birdy’s bakes.

When a brand loved by everyone steps into the luxury space, the visuals have to rise to the occasion.
Amul’s new Amul Ice Lounge is a premium, experiential destination serving international, in-house crafted ice cream flavours—and the brief was clear: elevate the familiar into something truly luxe.

We brought that vision to life by styling Amul ice creams in a premium, high-fashion language. Gold and deep green props were custom-created for the shoot, while each flavour was visually paired with iconic elements from its country of origin—Spanish tango moods for Spanish flavours, the Leaning Tower of Pisa for Italian inspirations, Turkish lamps for Turkish notes, and more. The result: global stories told through ice cream, without losing Amul’s soul.

Produced by Nitin Tandon Studios, this has been one of those projects where concept, craft and collaboration came together beautifully. Every frame was a joy to create, with an incredible team behind the scenes.

Working with black backgrounds is one of my absolute favourites in food styling.
For this Milkana Professional cheese shoot, the focus was to let the cheese take centre stage while everything else quietly supports it. Black helps reduce visual noise and allows the food’s texture, flow, and richness to stand out naturally.

Food styling tip: When styling on dark backgrounds, keep the food minimal and intentional. One strong element — like a clean cheese pour or a well-textured surface — works far better than adding multiple props. Let the food speak for itself.

Hope you enjoy this carousel. More such styling insights and work coming soon.
