बैंकों का निजीकर अगर होता है,तो इससे आम जनता पर बहुत बुरा असर पड़ेगा, किसान तथा मजदूर वर्ग को इसका भारी नुकसान होगा। क्योंकि प्राइवेट बैंक किसानों को सरकारी बैंक की तरह लोन प्रोवाइड नहीं करेगा तथा समय-समय पर मिलने वाली छूट प्राइवेट में नहीं मिलेगी।
जो किसान किसी कारणवश समय से लोन नहीं चुकाएगा उसकी जमीन लेलंबित की जा सकती है।
