The towers of unit 1 & 2 of Kolaghat Power Plant was demolished on 13th April'25 at 01:30 PM. A group of trained person was in charge of this planned demolition.

๐Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant was commissioned on 1984, once it was biggest power producer in Asia! The capacity was 210x6 MW. Now after demolition 4 units will be operational.
