Vasanthakumar, graduated in fine arts. Now I am an event photographer from V Studio in Kumbakonam. I was born and brought up in Kumbakonam. Kumbakonam is well known for its culture and tradition. Kumbakonam is also known for its temples and monasteries. There are around 188 Hindu temples within the municipal limits of Kumbakonam. Apart from these, there several thousand temples around the town th

ereby giving the town the sobriquets "Temple Town" and "City of temples”. Mahamaham is the biggest festival in Kumbakonam, it happens once in 12 years. It will be celebrated in a grand manner. Likewise Kumbakonam is the best place for coffee lovers. “Kumbakonam degree coffee “is worldwide famous. Since am a Kumbakonam native and a photographer I have some responsibility towards my town. People in future will change a lot and run behind modernity, while they changes automatically their surrounding will also change. Before losing our culture and tradition we have to protect it .That was the main reason for me to start documenting and capturing the culture and tradition of my town. Images in this page will be helpful for the people who want to know about Kumbakonam and its habitual. All current affairs and updates of Kumbakonam will also be reflected by photographs in our page .After a long period these images will be reference for people to see how Kumbakonam and its nearby area were. உலகம் வேரூன்றிய நாள் முதல் உயிர்மொழி!

இச் சிறப்பை பெற்ற நம் தமிழ் மொழியின் உயிர் எழுத்துகள் 12, ஆயுத எழுத்து “ஃ” மற்றும் உலகில் எந்த மொழியிலும் ஒலிக்க இயலாத சிறப்பு பெற்ற தமிழ் மொழியின் அழகு எழுத்து “ழ” வில் நான் எடுத்த ஒளிப்படங்கள் கொண்டு வடிவமைத்து என் இனிய சித்திரை திருநாள் நல்வாழ்த்துகளை தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறேன்.
