Chhoie Waterfall is a major attraction in the Tirthan Valley. The waterfall lies Great Himalayan National Park and calls for a steep trek to the place. The trek to the Chhoie or Choi waterfall begins at the Nagini village. It is a 45-minute uphill trek.

Here we go another healthy and easy to make pre-workout meal full of energy and taste.

I have used one banana, mashed with one brown egg. Add this mixture into a pan heated with a teaspoon of ghee. Cook both sided approx. 2 mins, and drizzle spoon of honey for sweetness and glaze.

In addition to this, I have used a kiwi and four dates to complete the meal.

Pansy
The garden pansy is a type of large-flowered hybrid plant cultivated as a garden flower. It is derived by hybridization from several species in the section Melanium ("the pansies") of the genus Viola, particularly Viola tricolor, a wildflower of Europe and western Asia known as heartsease. Some of these hybrids are referred to as Viola × wittrockiana Gams ex Nauenb. & Buttler. For simplicity, the older name Viola tricolor var. hortensis is often used.
