I just LOVE a brilliant Bangalore Masala Dosa. No hope of getting one in Vrindavan. Or anywhere outside of my beloved BLR. So I walked into the and made it myself.
Full video of me spreading the batter, adding the masala, sprinkling a limited amount of oil, lightly coating the final dosa with some ghee and VOILA eating it in my next video.
