Hazarduari Palace, located in Kila Nizamat, Murshidabad, West Bengal, is a magnificent 19th-century royal mansion famous for its name, which translates to the "Palace with a Thousand Doors". Commissioned by Nawab Nazim Humayun Jah and designed by Scottish architect Colonel Duncan MacLeod, the palace stands out for its grand Indo-European, Neoclassical style. Today, it functions as a highly preserved national monument and public museum managed by the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI).
