My packages start from 12-16 hours (1 day shoot) and go up to 5-6 days shoot with the option of choosing 1 to 4 lead photographers and Cinematographers. Prospects also get to choose traditional photographers for group photos(IF CLIENT ASKED FOR IT), FULL HD video and the more creative and contemporary wedding cinematography. I also offer various kinds of Photo book options for the weddings that I shoot.
I will be available from the time the bride starts to get ready for Haldi till the wedding ceremony ends.
My basic photography package starts from Rs.50,000 and goes up to Rs.3,00,000/- for 1.5 days - 5 days of photography alone and cinematography . For big weddings I end up creating customized packages after discussing the details of the wedding with the prospective clients. The keyword here is “Details”. More the details more accurate it is to price a wedding.
*** Note: Early Morning shoots like "Jo vora " or " Dodhi Mongala" are not included in our packages. Our shoot time starts from 9 am till 12 am (That doesn't mean I have to shoot anything unnecessarily all the time) , we will always be ready to click but we will never ask anyone except the bride or groom to pose for a photo.
The Rawshooter Photography
• Client have to provide proper time to the photographer to take their best shots.
• Package doesn’t includes food and lodging charges or any other charges apart from package .
• Pre-Wedding photography and cinematography timing is 4 - 5 hrs including lunch timing .
• In Pre-Wedding we will give approx 20-25 edited photos and 1 pre wedding films (2 min to 3.5 mins).
• In Pre-Wedding transportation should be arranged by client.
• Prewedding shoot date once fixed cannot be changed within 72hrs of shoot . For change extra cost for photographer and cinematographer will applied (10k)
• *** The client have to provide proper space for the photography team to take rest/plan the event in the off time or at night.
• After Shoot we will hand over all Raw photos for selection through online transfer .Selection must be done within 45 days after receiving the raw photographs .
• Album and detailed video will be given at the same time.
• The Rawshooter Photography reserves the right to use the images for promotional and publishing purposes. We work hard to achieve something different every time and as artists it is important to showcase our work.
• Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs. We request the clients to keep the venue properly lit up as lighting is assigned to the decor incharge / planner.
• Booking amount is 40 % of the selected package, another 40% should be paid 3 days before / on wedding day and balance 20% should be paid at the time of delivery of album and video. Without proper advance we will not be able to provide proper no. of photographer/videographer for the programme.
• It is not easy for us to bother the client before the event just for payment and hence request the client to make the payments on time to ensure smooth work flow as we do not appreciate getting in queue for payments on the date of event as we work hard and prefer being treated as professionals.
• In case of delay in payment or unprofessional behavior by the client(s), after a 3 month extension (from the date of event ) the photographer reserves the right to erase the captured data from his archives and will no longer be held responsible for any deliverables.
• 6 % on the balance amount will be charged every month of non-payment. The deliverables hence will only shared upon complete payment + penalty/interest amount.
• Albums / Photobooks : Any album promised in the package will be delivered within 25-35 days after successful short-listing of the images by client. Any last demands of additional albums will be charged extra.
• The clients are requested to share a Hard Disk with the photographer in order to transfer raw video data and other edits if they wish.
• Misbehavior by any guest or opposite team and unprofessional behavior will under no circumstances be tolerated and may result in a walkout if the situation goes from bad to worse. In case of a walkout the client is still entitled to compensate the remaining amount of the contract irrespective of the timing.
• In case guests/family members interrupt us to take our shoots , we will not be able to give out best/proper shoots.
• As professionals we tend to reach the venue at least 30 mins prior, however in case the time mentioned in the contract and the event start time exceeds more than 1 hour(Before 9am), an additional charge of Rs. 3,000 is applicable.
• The booking dates are fixed and cannot be shifted to any other day or dates by any means.
• No misconduct will be tolerated from the guest/s at the event or during the period of the shoot causing any kind of damage to the camera and photography equipment's by any means. Any such damage caused to the camera or equipment's due to misconduct, the liability of the damage charges are to be borne by the client in full.
• For outstation shoots other than Kolkata, if the distance of the location is less than 200kms from Kolkata we would like to have confirmed train tickets for the onward and return journey of 4-6pax. In case the distance is more than 200kms from Kolkata we would require confirmed flight tickets for the onward and return journey for 3pax.
• Mobile Photography by Guests ,Other Photographer, videographers, other vendors, semi- professional photographers as well as the guests must not obstruct or interfere with the The Rawshooter Photography team. Wedding guests may take photos, but it is the responsibility of Client to prevent family and friends so that they do not obstruct us to get the best shot.The Rawshooter Photography is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond her control such as other people’s camera or flash, the lateness of the bride, groom, family members and bridal party members or other principles, weather conditions, schedule complications, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the venues or officiate.
