A day that felt like Summer Rains .. gentle, honest, and full of life. 🤍
Nothing was forced, nothing was staged,just moments flowing as they were meant to
Soft glances, quiet pauses, laughter that echoed, and eyes that held more emotion than words ever could.
There was a certain ease between them…a kind of love that doesn’t ask to be seen, but is deeply felt in the smallest of ways.
In the way they stood by each other, supported each other, and chose each other,so effortlessly.
This wasn’t just a wedding for us to document.
It was a feeling we got to witness… one that stayed with us long after the day was over

Prerna and Patrick’s wedding was set as a Malabar garden, inspired by Hortus Malabaricus and thoughtfully curated by . With roots in Punjab and Kashmir, and the groom being American, they chose their favourite place 'Kerala' to get married, bringing together rituals from all their cultures.
The groom was welcomed with the rhythmic beats of Kerala’s panchaarimelam, a beautiful sight to witness. The bride entered looking radiant, as guests dressed in traditional Kerala sarees blended perfectly with the gold and white theme.
Right after the phera, a light drizzle fell, almost like a blessing. Soon after, the sky opened up to a soft golden sunset, adding warmth to the evening.
With the fragrance of jasmine in the air, a cool breeze from the backwaters, and lush greenery all around, the whole atmosphere felt calm, beautiful, and full of meaning.

Prerna and Patrick chose a Birds of Paradise theme for their wedding reception. From Prerna’s saree to the table décor, subtle bird elements ran through the evening, thoughtfully brought together by the event team. The sounds of the Vayali bamboo band set the tone, and as the couple stepped onto the floor to the traditional rhythms, friends and family slowly joined in. As the night grew darker, the celebration unfolded naturally - music, movement, and the quiet joy of two lovebirds beginning their life together

Haldi Madness from the wedding celebration of Prerna & Patrick..
Even though Prerna and Patrick chose Kerala as the place to begin their new chapter, they made sure to bring a piece of their own traditions with them.

Their haldi ceremony was filled with warmth, laughter, and playful moments. Friends and family gathered around as turmeric was gently applied, a ritual known to relax the couple and bring everyone together before the wedding celebrations begin.

A little haldi, lots of laughter and endless fun. It was one of those moments where the joy of the people around them became just as important as the ritual itself.
