So yesterday me, my nephew and my younger sister thought of having some good evening snack and we landed in Smokd.

A couple of days ago, my wife and I tried Singju, the popular Manipuri street food, and it was a refreshing surprise. The mix of finely chopped vegetables, herbs, and cru nchy textures created a unique balance of flavors. What stood out most was its fresh, tangy, and slightly spicy taste that felt both light and satisfying. Every bite had a burst of flavor, making it quite different from the usual street food snacks. It was a simple yet memorable dish, and definitely something we'd love to have again.
